Return Policy / Return Authorization Process


We would like you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase.  If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your order, you can return the item within 3 days from the purchase date.  

Please contact us at 480-946-5110 to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA) for the item to be returned.  We will send a Federal Express label to you with the appropriate insurance applied.  The RA number must be visible on the outside packaging for  the shipment to be accepted. 

The product(s) being returned must be in the original state they were received.  All returns must include original packaging (gift box, pouch, diamond certificates, watch papers, etc.) and any paperwork that was included in the shipment.

Products returned without original packaging and all enclosed materials are subject to a restocking fee which will be deducted from the credit.

Special orders may not be canceled or returned.  Products that have been altered or modified in any way, have been abused, worn or show wear are not eligible for return.   Examples of modifications are: sizings, engravings, adjustments, etc.

All sale items are final and are not eligible for a refund.

Refunds are made to the original purchaser and in the exact method of original payment.

Once we receive the return, our Quality Assurance Department will evaluate the product.  Once passed, your refund will be processed and you should receive your credit within a few days.
